PASSPORT: International Passport with minimum six months’ validity at the time of visa stamping.

VISA: A valid visa is obligatory to enter Saudi Arabia. Since the issue of visa is the prerogative of Saudi Embassy, it cannot accept responsibility for any visa application turned down by the embassy or any discrepancy found in Visa or if there is any delay in sanctioning the visa on whatsoever grounds.

REGISTRATION: Duly filled prescribed registration form along with Valid Passport, 6×4 cm size white background 6 colour photographs, 5 copies of stamp size colour photographs and Registration fee in Demand Draft payable at Ernakulam drawn in favour of “AL HUSSAM INDIA HAJJ & UMRAH SERVICE MANAGEMENT” can be submitted to the Office direct or through approved agent.

RATES AND PAYMENTS: All our rates are fixed. It is not admitted to negotiate any discounts or concessions. All payments should be made by Demand Draft or local cheque in favour of “Al Hussam India Hajj & Umra Service Management” (payable at Ernakulam ). Any other form of payments to any individual, agent, shall not be the responsibility of the company.

CANCELLATIONS: If pilgrim decides to cancel his/her booking prior to 60 days of departure 75% of the total package amount, prior to 14 days of departure 50% of the total package amount and within 14 days of departure 25% of the total package amount will be refunded.

AIR TRAVEL: The exact date of departure and arrival may change depending on the availability of flight. The safety of the luggage handed over to Airlines is the responsibility of the respective Haji and that particular Airline.
